Our mission is to provide educational support, scholarships and resources to individuals with intentions of pursing careers in critical, cardiac or emergency care.

Students must be enrolled in an accredited U.S. nursing program (ADN, BSN, MSN, DNP, CRNA, NP, CNS) or a post-graduate certificate program for advanced nursing, demonstrate financial need and demonstrate intent to practice in Critical, Cardiac or Emergency Care Nursing.

You can support us through donations, volunteering or helping to spread awareness of our mission.

Yes. The Delores A. Threatt Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation and thus donations are tax deductible under IRC Section 170.

The Foundation may also receive bequests, devises and transfers/gifts under IRC Sections 2055, 2106 or 2522.

Funds are used solely to support scholarship awards and program development.
