Yes. The Delores A. Threatt Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation and thus donations are tax deductible under IRC Section 170.
The Foundation may also receive bequests, devises and transfers/gifts under IRC Sections 2055, 2106 or 2522.
Donations fund all scholarships and operating expenses of the foundation. Currently there are no stipends paid to Officers or Directors.
